At Kitten D'Amour, we want you to feel as glamorous as possible in your new vintage-inspired pieces. If your purchase isn't quite the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return period for exchange, store credit, or refund on full-priced items.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Kitten D'Amour tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimates cannot be returned.

  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the Return Form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would prefer a size exchange, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and the completed form, then send them via trackable mail to our Boutique Returns Department at the address provided on our website.

• 4.
  Processing and Outcome

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your request within 5 business days and send a confirmation email regarding your exchange or credit.
